01The service

Fasade lets you upload images, request visual revisions, generate variants, and organise the results into projects. The service is under active development and its features may change.

02Early access

Fasade is currently offered as an early-access product. We don't guarantee availability, and we may add, change, or remove features, or limit usage, while the product takes shape. We'll communicate material changes before they affect your work.

03Your account

You need an account to use the app. Keep your credentials safe — you're responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate contact information so we can reach you about the service.

04Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything you generate in your projects.

So the service can work, you grant us the limited rights needed to operate it: storing your images, processing them to produce the results you request, and displaying them back to you. We don't use your content for anything else, and we don't use it to train models.

You confirm that you have the rights to the images you upload and that they don't infringe anyone else's rights.

05Acceptable use

Don't use Fasade for unlawful content, don't upload material you have no rights to, and don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

Generated imagery is a design tool. Don't present generated images as photographs of built work without disclosure.

06Our property

The service, its software, and the Fasade brand remain ours. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the product without obligation to you.

07Termination

You can stop using Fasade and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

08Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Generated results can contain errors — review them before professional use.

09Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material we'll let you know by email or in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, and disputes belong to the courts of Prague.
