This policy explains what we collect when you use Fasade or leave your email on our site, how we use it, and the rights you have. We've tried to keep it short enough to actually read.

What we collect
Account details: your name and email when you sign up or request access.
Your content: the images you upload and the results you generate, stored so your projects work.
Usage data: basic logs and diagnostics that help us keep the service reliable.
How we use it
We use your data to provide the service — processing your images to produce the revisions you request, keeping your projects available, and contacting you about access and important changes. We rely on contract performance and legitimate interest as legal bases, and on consent where we ask for it.
Your images
Images are processed by the infrastructure providers we build on solely to produce your results. We don't use your images to train models, and we don't sell them or share them beyond what's needed to run the service.
Sharing
We share data only with the providers that run the service for us — hosting, storage, authentication, and image processing — under agreements that limit what they can do with it. We don't sell personal data.
Retention
We keep your content while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your data within a reasonable period, allowing for backups to cycle out.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Write to hello@fasade.ai and we'll handle it. You can also complain to your supervisory authority — in the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
Cookies
The app uses cookies only for signing you in and keeping your session. No advertising or cross-site tracking.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll let you know by email or in the app before the change applies.
